The Corporate Studio Package

Corporate studio bookings begin with a minimum four-hour reservation of both Studio 101 and Studio 102, giving two setups and flexibility to record several content formats in one session. Corporate Package Details

  • Every corporate booking gives you the choice of Studio 101, Studio 102, or both studios reserved for your organisation, plus pre-production planning, a full recording schedule, professional cameras, lighting and microphones, at least one hour of hands-on production support, on-set and behind-the-scenes photography, professional headshots, premium corporate editing, final platform-ready delivery, and two rounds of revisions. Dry-hire access (bring your own cameras) starts from £85 an hour on our founding rate, usually £100. Supported sessions with our team are quoted on format and scope.

  • Yes. We can hold a private 30-45 minute remote discovery call with each guest before recording, covering their experience, key stories and talking points. Where useful, we’ll also prepare a written guest brief. Discovery sessions are charged per guest, with discounted group pricing for more than three guests.

  • Yes. We can bring the studio to you for corporate recording at offices, event spaces and other suitable locations. On-location bookings can include cameras and lighting, professional audio, a full production crew, interviews and testimonials, executive messages, training content, and photography and headshots. Travel, equipment transport, venue requirements and external crew costs are quoted separately.

  • Every corporate package includes premium post-production tailored to your brief: multi-camera editing, audio repair and mixing, advanced colour correction, branded titles and graphics, intro/outro sequences, captions and subtitles, internal and public-facing versions, platform-specific exports and secure file delivery, plus two rounds of revisions. Further revision requests are reviewed and quoted individually.

  • It’s simple: tell us your objective and where the content will be used; we design the production (format, schedule, rooms, crew and deliverables); we prepare contributors with discovery sessions and guest briefs where needed; we record in-studio or on location; you review and approve with two structured revision rounds; then you receive your finished assets, organised and delivered in the formats you need.
