The First Launch is for founders, entrepreneurs, businesses, experts and aspiring podcasters who have something to say but need help turning it into a professional series.

You bring the idea. We help shape the format, build the visual foundations, record your first batch of episodes, and prepare the show for launch.

The outcome: A professionally positioned and branded podcast with up to four finished episodes and the systems needed to keep creating.

Included — Strategy, Podcast Brand Starter Kit and Production.

Flagship Package covers a full launch workshop, branded visual identity, and a four-hour supported studio session to record up to four episodes. One episode is professionally edited with social clips as standard — additional episode edits from £149.

Flagship Package Details

Strategy covers a 90-minute podcast launch workshop, audience and positioning recommendations, your podcast concept and central promise, recommended format and episode structure, an initial six-episode roadmap, and a guest profile, outreach template and recording plan. The Brand Starter Kit adds podcast cover artwork, a YouTube channel banner, a reusable thumbnail template, lower-third or on-screen title style, and simple visual direction for the show.
Production includes a four-hour supported recording session, professional cameras, lighting and audio, the studio prepared before you arrive, and a dedicated recording engineer.
Your studio session lets you record up to four episodes (typically three 45-60 minute episodes, or four shorter episodes for a well-prepared solo host). One full episode is professionally edited as standard, covering up to 75 minutes of raw content, with mixed audio, multi-camera switching, colour correction, intro and outro integration, one consolidated revision round, two vertical social clips, platform-ready exports and a reusable YouTube thumbnail design. Additional episode edits are available from £149 each.
Publishing isn’t included by default — you’ll receive your raw or edited files to publish yourself. If you’d rather we handle it, publishing setup is available as a paid add-on, covering YouTube channel setup or optimisation, podcast hosting and feed setup, uploading your first episode, and organised delivery of all launch assets with a recommended posting order for your clips. Ongoing social-media management is not included.
Studio 102 is £1,995 and Studio 101 is £2,195, with additional supported studio hours available at the normal studio rate. Your recording is scheduled during the launch workshop, and subject to studio availability and timely receipt of assets and approvals, we aim to have your edited episode files ready within 14 days of recording.
If we miss the mark on your Flagship Package, we’ll make it right with one additional hour of studio credit and one further episode edit to help get your podcast back on track.

A 90-minute podcast strategy session, a written podcast blueprint, audience and positioning recommendations, recommended format and episode structure, six initial episode ideas, a four-hour supported studio booking, professional video and audio recording, one fully edited pilot episode with a professionally mixed audio version, three captioned vertical clips, raw recording files, and one revision round.
The Pilot deliberately excludes full podcast branding, YouTube channel setup, podcast-feed setup, publishing, a complete launch campaign and ongoing content management. These are available through The First Launch.
Studio 102 is 995 pounds including VAT, and Studio 101 is 1,095 pounds including VAT. Book The First Launch within 30 days of completing your Pilot and receive a 100-pound credit towards the Launch package. You’ll leave with a defined podcast concept, format and recording plan, and where further clarity is genuinely required, we’ll provide a complimentary 30-minute follow-up session.
