Made to order

Our merch is printed or embroidered to order by our production partner. We make each piece after you order, so there's less waste and no overstock.

Dispatch and delivery (UK)

  • Orders are usually made and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

  • The Oversized tees and the Studio Cap are made in the UK. UK delivery usually takes a further 1–3 working days.

  • The Box Tees are made by our partner in the EU and shipped to the UK. UK VAT is already included in the price and paid when you order, so there are no extra charges on delivery. Delivery can take a little longer, usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.

  • On the rare order with more than £135 of Box Tees, the parcel may be charged UK import VAT on delivery. Email us before ordering and we'll help split it.

  • These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods (such as the run-up to Christmas) can take longer. We'll deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you.

  • UK shipping is £4.95 per order, or free on orders over £75. The delivery cost is shown before you pay.

  • Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. Caps always ship on their own, and Oversized and Box Tees come from different places.

  • We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. The First Studio Group Ltd is not VAT registered, so we don't add VAT. The price you see at checkout, plus nothing else, is the total you pay, including for Box Tees sent from the EU.

Changing your mind: your 14-day right to cancel

  • You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive your items. To cancel, email hello@thefirststudio.com with your order number, or use the model cancellation form below. You don't have to give a reason.

  • Once you've told us, please send the items back within 14 days. They should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You pay the cost of returning the items.

  • Return address: email us first and we'll send you the returns address.

  • We'll refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you showing proof that you've sent them, whichever is sooner), using your original payment method. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we only refund the standard amount.

  • You're responsible for handling the items reasonably while you have them. We may reduce your refund if an item has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what's needed to check it.

  • Exchanges: we can't swap sizes directly. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. This doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
